As a kid I loved playing pretend, I always wished I could be somewhere else, that I would be whisked away to another reality. I’ve always been a daydreamer and I realized this followed me into adulthood and I wanted to externalize these moments, to examine them and characterize them. Despite all the detail I would create in my head they were always left unfinished and never fully realized, I wanted to attempt to let them become fully fleshed-out characters in my world. Yet although they are me, I will never get to be them. They will always only exist in their world and I mine.
