I am deeply invested in giving attention to my past and confronting the impact of my experiences from my upbringing. As a result, I have a fascination for cartoon aesthetics and a massive appreciation for graffiti and street art. My work has been focused on creating cartoon-like figures that are full of life. Much of my work stems from the losses of not having a proper childhood and having to grow up fast. Now, I am confronting these losses by creating works that allow me to both reclaim and appreciate my inner child.
