Every day is made up of little tasks: waking up, brushing our teeth, eating, et cetera. By doing these things, we make the choice to continue living, even if we feel more like a static witness to these daily actions rather than the executor. I chose animation as the medium to showcase these mundane moments. Each frame mirrors the minute force of will that forms each action. The plush at the center represents the person taking these actions. It's a crocheted plush from a friend; it reminds me of how people create themselves, loop by loop.
