These two projects combine all the handicraft skills I have learned and have grown to be passionate about. I hand-wove the alpaca fabric of The Winter Cloak, there is an attached fur capelet, embroidery, and beading. The copper clasp was made by my collaborator, J Murray. The Adorned Deer Skull was created from a pattern I drafted and is an experiment in soft sculpture, needle-felting, and hand-tufting. My intention for these projects was to push beyond what I had done before while maintaining the highest level of refinement I could achieve.
