In my portraits, I explore the nuanced interplay between light and shadow to delve into the complexities of human existence. By personifying the seven deadly sins and heavenly virtues, I question our perceptions and the fine line between light and darkness. Inspired by Christian teachings and the chiaroscuro technique, I aim to capture an intricate world through unique details that hint at deeper narratives. My work is a reflection of my dual role as both subject and creator, inviting viewers into an intimate space where I explore the coexistence of virtue and vice, and the ambiguities that lie within.
