Art, in recent years, has become a form of therapy. When I’m feeling down, when I am overwhelmed and when I receive the best news of my life, my first instinct is always to create something as a result. I have never been great with words, but through art, I can bring my thoughts and emotions to life. I make art in order to feel understood; to share my thoughts and feelings in ways that I wouldn’t be able to otherwise.
