This series, The Tunnel, explores concepts of self-realization and self-acceptance within neurotypical society and the struggles and pain that come with being neurodivergent and the challenge of being seen as “different”. For me, how I act within society demonstrates a divergence from typical cultural norms within standard culture, and through my photos I attempt to divulge the sensibilities that come with being in such a position.
