The objects we wear are nothing more than metals, fabrics, plastics, etc. When these objects are seen on their own, we get a sense of the person that might wear them. But that would just be an assumption. An object’s true purpose is contextualized by the wearer. I am interested in seeing how people choose to portray themselves through their accessories. Some for style, some because it reminds them of a specific person, some for functionality, and others because it’s what they can afford. No two objects can be the exact same because each one has its own history, its own meaning. @misael_hernandez_work
