Wood is my favorite working medium, it is strong yet malleable, thus an appropriate construction material for furniture. The Avaci Chair is a reflection of this duality. Firm lines and sharp angles comprise the chair’s profiles while curved seating slats provide necessary comfort. The geometry (a nod to classic styling) along with clean lines (referencing modern aesthetics) together make it suitable for multiple settings whether at the dining room table, a workstation, or as an accent piece in a living room or lounge area.
