I am motivated by setting up a story in just one image. Subconsciously, I gravitate towards finding a narrative in the characters and settings I draw. Even if I have no plan, my work ends up that way. Although they are digital, my drawings are quite sketchy and never hide the artist's hand. I tend to lean towards maximalism whether it be in terms of space or color. The goal of my work is to create a setting with whatever looks visually pleasing to me, and let viewers take away their own interpretations based off their own experiences.
